    Alan is responsible for leading the company’s growth outside Northeast Wisconsin and for developing appropriate systems and procedures to manage that growth. Alan is a member of the senior management team and serves as a relationship manager for several trust relationships.


    Alan’s 25 years trust and financial experience, his leadership of a successful national trust start-up and experience in trust administration, business development, financial planning and executive management, give him a unique and well-rounded perspective to help the company’s clients and their professional advisors achieve their goals.

  • Amber Baumgartner

    Assistant Vice President – Operations


    Background & Role

    Amber is responsible for day-to-day operations processing and support for Fiduciary Partners’ individual and corporate clients, including daily processing of cash and securities transactions, receipts and distributions. She also works closely with investment managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of all trades.

    In her role as the firm’s I.T. liaison, she works closely with the firm’s outside I.T. consultants to ensure uninterrupted, secure service to the firm’s internal and external technology users.

    Amber’s 10 years of trust and financial experience, accuracy, attention to detail and responsiveness help the company’s clients and their professional advisors achieve their goals.

    Ann is primarily responsible for trust and estate settlement and also serves as the administrator for several trust relationships. She has more than 25 years of trust administration experience and has worked with individuals, private foundations, and non-profit organizations.

    With her background in trust administration and a commitment to providing exceptional service, Ann partners with investment professionals and legal advisors fostering strong client relationships. She continues this partnership for clients throughout the estate settlement process providing the personal service intended for their families and beneficiaries.

Brennan brings broad experience as a practicing attorney as well as practical experience with government regulatory compliance, including experience with probate, real estate, and business law.

    His experience gives Fiduciary Partners depth in handling complex legal issues that clients can encounter. He shares in the company’s commitment to building strong personal relationships with trust clients and their professional advisors.

    Chris is responsible for our office location in Brookfield, WI.  His primary role is to assist in the company’s continued growth in Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Chris also serves as the trust officer responsible for the administration of several large trust relationships.

    Chris has over 25 years of wide-ranging trust and financial experience, including experience in trust administration, business development, insurance, and trust operations management. He is well known in the trust industry for his integrity and dedication in helping clients and their professional advisors achieve their goals.

  • Courtney Westberg

     


    Trust Officer


    Background & Role

    Courtney is the lead administrator in the funeral trust division of Fiduciary Partners. She is in regular communication with hundreds of funeral homes and coordinates the financial accounting and reporting for over 20,000 funeral trust accounts. Courtney provides very professional and personal service while working diligently to ensure the funeral trusts we administer are operating in accordance with applicable state statutes, regulations and governing documents. She is also our liaison with the regulators in the states we serve and supports several other projects within the firm.

    Courtney brings a strong accounting background as a CPA with experience in trusts, estates and taxation. She joined Fiduciary Partners after nearly 10 years at a regional accounting firm, where she served as tax supervisor for the estate and trust team.

    Background & Role

    Dick is responsible for overall development and delivery of trust administration services, and serves as administrator for several trust relationships. Trained as an attorney and with more than 25 years of experience in estate planning and estate and trust settlement, he is well qualified to help his trust clients develop and apply solutions to the variety of unique legal and practical challenges that their plans may present.


    His 13 years of counseling estate planning clients with an Appleton law firm give Dick the perspective necessary to effectively partner with our clients’ investment managers, attorneys and other professional advisors.

    Bob is responsible for the administration of personal trust relationships, serves as a resource for estate settlement services, and is a valuable member of our senior management team. With more than 22 years of experience in trust and estate administration for individuals, and related services for institutions, he offers extensive experience in serving clients and working with their professional advisors.

    A legal education focused on estate planning, and an additional three years in charitable gift planning provide Bob a unique perspective on helping clients develop and implement practical solutions to a wide range of planning goals. Bob’s experience also includes extensive trust office leadership.

    Jan is responsible for overseeing various business-related functions for Fiduciary Partners in both our Appleton and Milwaukee locations. She works closely with the CFO and Senior Management in administering daily business operations within our offices including finance, facilities and human resources. She also provides leadership and support for special projects within the firm.

    Jan has over 15 years of accounting, office, human resource and business administration experience. Her leadership experience, positive attitude and attention to detail help provide a work- friendly atmosphere where our staff and senior officers can flourish in serving their clients.

    Estate and Trust Settlement Officer

    Background & Role

    Jill is responsible for the settlement of decedents’ personal trust and estates, working closely with family members, attorneys, accountants, investment advisors and other interested parties to provide compassionate, timely and accurate settlement of estates and/or trusts.

    Prior to joining Fiduciary Partners, she worked as an accountant for a university and as a mutual fund accountant for a large banking and trust institution. Jill’s 6+ years of financial experience, attention to detail and responsiveness help to provide family members and beneficiaries exceptional service during the settlement process.

  • Kathy Perdzock


    Vice President of Operations, Shareholder, Director


    Background & Role

    Kathy co-founded Fiduciary Partners in 2001. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including service as Trust Operations Manager of a state-wide community bank and as a Personal Trust Administrator, she brings the highest standards of service, accuracy and responsiveness to our critical trust and custody Operations function.


    The Operations team is responsible for all asset transactional activity and record keeping, including security processing for investment managers, cash and securities receipts and distributions, and tax reporting. Her Operations team takes pride in the accuracy and integrity of our records, along with the high quality and responsiveness of our service to our partners in the investment community and their clients.

    Melissa is the administrator for a number of personal trust relationships and specializes in administering our irrevocable life insurance trusts. She also provides leadership and support for a number of special projects within the firm. Melissa has over 8 years trust experience. Prior to joining Fiduciary Partners, she worked for 7 years as a staff accountant for a large publicly traded company in the Fox Valley.

    Nancy is responsible for the administration of personal trust accounts in our Brookfield, WI office. She has over 25 years of experience managing complex trust relationships including revocable, irrevocable, IRA, charitable, special needs, guardianship and endowment accounts.

     

    Nancy’s background covers a wide range of trust experience from trust operations to both personal trust and corporate trust administration. This gives her a unique skill set which she applies to serving clients and their advisors with the highest level of personal and professional service.

    Background & Role

    Steve provides personal trust administration, estate settlement, and retirement plan administration services. He is also our in-house expert on income taxation of trusts, individuals, estates and gifts. He has worked in trust administration and managed trust service offices in the Fox Valley since 1984.


    His strong background in law and accounting disciplines, along with income and estate tax issues, allows him to advise clients and their professional advisors on a wide array of trust, tax, and estate planning concerns.
