The Vice President of Personal Trust Administration will administer a wide range of complex personal trust accounts, building relationships with clients and other professional advisors. Leadership opportunities will be possible with the continued growth of the organization. This position is ideal for an experienced, senior level Trust Officer with a strong background in Personal Trust.

Personal Trust Administration Officer (Trust Officer) – Brookfield Location
The Personal Trust Administration Officer in our Brookfield location will represent Fiduciary Partners as a primary relationship manager. This position will administer a wide range of personal trust accounts, having significant contact with clients and their advisors in Brookfield and the surrounding areas. This position is ideal for a trust officer with independent personal trust account administration experience.

Personal Trust Specialist – Receptionist – Brookfield Location
This hybrid Personal Trust Specialist-Receptionist role will work closely with our team to provide exemplary customer service to our clients, while acting as the primary support person for our senior vice president. The position is responsible for a wide variety of administrative activities and includes significant contact with clients, beneficiaries, and company personnel.
