Office Administration Specialist – Brookfield Location

The Office Administration Specialist will work closely with trust officers and other specialists to provide support for our clients and staff members. The position is responsible for a wide variety of administrative activities and includes significant contact with clients, beneficiaries, and company personnel.

Personal Trust Administration Specialist – Brookfield Location

The Personal Trust Administration Specialist will provide relationship management and account administration services for key relationships and supports other responsibilities for our Brookfield Trust Officers. The position is responsible for a wide variety of administrative activities and includes significant contact with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, investment managers, other professional advisors, and company personnel.

Estate and Trust Settlement Officer – Appleton Location

This position will have primary administrative responsibility for settling decedents’ estates and revocable trusts by providing a full range of settlement-related administrative activities including but not limited to: identifying, collecting, and valuing assets; preparing estate and trust accountings; reviewing and coordinating legal and tax matters; and the disposition of assets according to governing documents and laws.
