Fiduciary Partners Trust Company Announces Two New Shareholders
January 18, 2022 (Appleton, Wisconsin) – Fiduciary Partners Trust Company, the only privately owned trust services company of its kind in the state of Wisconsin, is pleased to announce that Tim Sugar, Vice President and Terry Bruhn, Risk and Compliance Manager have become shareholders of the firm.
Tim was hired in 2021 to bring depth to our team and to establish an office presence in his hometown of Madison. Tim delivers personal, knowledgeable, and friendly service to clients and advisors by applying his experience gained as a trust administrator and estate planning attorney. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, a J.D. from the Hamline University School of Law, and is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).
Terry joined Fiduciary Partners in 2018 to oversee the company’s longstanding adherence to IT security and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Terry manages all internal and external exams and audits; a role well suited for a former state examiner with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and a J.D from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
